可怜的LZ，可以再上诉吗？脱离地方法院再争取争取？

连我荷兰律师都觉得这个判决很牛逼。现在律师们要商量下看看还有没有什么办法，希望可以象更高一级的法院靠拢。 看来大家都喜欢quick money.

LZ, you said you gave the old bitch a few thousands Euro.where you got this large amount of money. if You got them from bank, it must be a proof.
secondly,if you can give us  the name of the old bitch. we can check her records what she has done before. if she is so devil, i was wondering why she has so many surpporters.

if u has no income, i think the commission fee of your layers will paid by the goverment.   i think you has the right to appeal to the court one level higer.

谢谢楼上的。 老巫婆承认我打过电话给她， 可是她说她在电话里面之所以没跟我说实情是怕我不给她钱。 大家都在国外留学，身上有个几千欧很正常啊，再说那时候要续ID，最少你得有个9960欧吧。 我妈又汇了些钱给我， 后来我回中国那几天我妈又给我了我些钱带回欧洲来。政府只付部分律师费，又不是全部。 法官和法庭的费用是要自己付的，这些都不是问题，我都知道。 老巫婆仗着我是个留学生，占我便宜，如果我是荷兰人的话估计她就不是用这种方法了。

那什么不试试告她歧视呢？今天METRO的报纸又在登荷兰关于歧视的问题。引用其中一段：
Discriminatie, iemand anders behandelen alleen op grond van z`n godsdienst, levensovertuiging, politieke gezindheid, ras, geslacht or leeftijd is verboden volgens artikel 1 van grondwet.
大意是： Discrimination, treating someone else solely because of their religion, belief, political opinion, race, sex or age is prohibited by Article 1 of the Constitution.

老巫婆叫什么名字我第一帖就已经说了， 你可以查看。 那天到法庭的估计都是她的家人， 之前威胁过我的那几个荷兰人都没来法庭， 只写了证词给法官。 如果房东存心挣黑心钱， 她有很多不为人知的办法。 她在法庭上都不断的说她是老基督徒， 要相信她的话。 你说我这个身在异乡的小佛教徒怎么拼的过她。 法官都说拉，老巫婆有权利爱怎么样就怎么样， 就算你们有AGREEMENT说老巫婆照顾猫，老巫婆也是有法律权利反悔的，而且还有权利对你的property做任何事。

from this point of view. She is not telling the trues.  

normally, people do not have so many cashes. they would like to put it into bank account. also if you want to apply for ID, now IND checks on people bank account to see if you have the enough financial support.  this point is not clear. if you can proof the source of money, it would be easier for your case.

法官和律师都说了， 这个国家言论自由，就算人家在网络攻击和诽谤你（是用我的实名和真实个人资料哦）那也不犯任何一条荷兰法律。 还有老巫婆那边写信给学校说老人都做好事，所有坏事都是像我这样的年轻学生做的，叫学校开除我这个动物虐待狂，不要帮我办ID，让ind踢我出荷兰，不要败坏荷兰的社会风气。 法官说这封信没有什么问题啊，符合荷兰的法律程序，反正法官就是没看到什么歧视诽谤就对了。

从这个法官这里我学到了，也请大家记住了：以后要攻击诽谤恐吓谁，尽管去做，都有荷兰法律保护的，没事的，说不定到时候被诽谤的人还要反给你钱呢。
