我们家的买房经验是白天去看完房子以后，晚上去你想买的房子那里去转转；不是歧视，但是还是不要选黑人多或者晚上好多人坐在街上的房子，听说治安会不好的．．．．．．．．

一般是的，主要目的是为了贷款。但你有把握的要买的话，提前评估也可以的吧。就是要花点钱，假如不合适的话，就亏了。

我现在看中一个house,是在Station Almere Oostvaarders附近，350K，房子的结构非常喜欢，都符合我们的想法，有自己花园，车库，还有无敌落地海景，贷款额度也可以，附近房价都比较高，所以，判断区也可以。可是，地段就，一个离火车站15分钟车程，还是在almere最后几站，房子升值潜力就。。。

所以，非常矛盾。。。到底值不值得呢？

What is your prefer, live in a beatiful house you will enjoy everyday, or just buy a house for investment? Most of my colleagues who are sigle or without childre, choose apartment in Amsterdam. You really need to think about what you want.

35K house must be free-standed house, this kind of house will be built less in the future, and most of people prefer to live in free-standed house, I believe it will keep it's value, at least it will not go down.

最近万事具备，准备买房了。

目前，买房地点定在almere,请问这里的老法师们，有好的卖方中介可以推荐吗？
希望能对房子的结构，附近居民环境有扎实的知识，提供详细的指导。

目前谈的一家叫，http://www.spijkermakelaardij.nl/ ，在almere市中心的办公室，一个叫tijs的broker,上次只看了个房子的地址和照片，就能说那是什么样的小区，附近有个幼儿园，比较吵，很了解当地市场。但是，我看他们中介只有他一个人，会不会就忙起来马虎？

你问过那几家中介？

我觉得, 房价越高, 越难出手
毕竟高薪的是少数
如果我买房, 我会参照荷兰当年的家庭年收入, 然后根据那个家庭年收入来计算他们的贷款额度, 再根据那个贷款额度来作为我买房的房价依据,

当然可以上下浮动

但是, 平均收入代表了市场主力房价

出手比较方便啊
