我来申明下，LZ是漂亮妹子！最近在忙论文。
看你申请什么专业了，雅思6.5是基本的。总体感觉下来考雅思的比较多，因为简单些。GMAT等...可以问问学经济专业的童鞋

lz,你现在在哪个学校呢？我前几周刚被莱顿录取，advanced studies in european and international business law这个专业，你觉得怎么样呢？

LZ我想问下要是有论文发表（非核心）的话会不会对申请有帮助？申奖呢？

As for your question, again I am sorry that I cant deal with any application for economic or financial major. My major is Law. :)

As for your question, it depends on what specific academic field you wanna pursue in the future. In theory, IELTS is easier than TOFEL. Well... I think you'd better check online to get more information about the language score and GMAT.

Well... about pre-couse... I dont think it is waste of time or money. From a more positive prospective, you may make more friends and enlarge your social circle, also you are given more time to discover this academic area and get yourself used to it.

Anyway, you have a suitable background so all depends on your preference!
