请问有谁知道phd后留校做faculty的可能性？

多谢先。因为现在同时有做phd和工作的机会，但是还是很难确定，所以想问问PhD后留univ做teaching的机会如何。希望有经验的前辈指点。

另，我的专业是计算机科学

嗯，了解，不过我觉得读完PhD荷语应该水平也不错了，而且我们这里也有老师说英语的耶，保加利亚人。

最好有没有哪位前辈现在已经是faculty了指点一下啊

没关系啦...莱顿也有教授是不说荷兰语的,我们就有美国的博士,不会说荷兰语

It's possible, but certainly not easy. Faculties are permanent positions hired by the university. Due to lacking of long-term fundings (often from government), there are not many open positions of this kind. (You can have a look at 'acadamic transfer', you will see that most open positions these days are PhDs or postdocs.)
A direct consequence of less available positions is that you have to compete with many other candidates, not only foreigners who want to stay here, but also lots of locals. As I know, many Dutch PhDs like to go abroad for one or two terms of postdoc, but after that they want to come back and settle down in their own country.
