15块的龙卡到底能打多长时间？！

借问一下,龙卡可以在公用电话上打吗?我是说直接用龙卡,不用别的卡.像一点通那样.

I know this. I have tried on public phone of KPN. You can use 龙卡, dial 0800 number, no any other phonecard is needed. However, it is super expensive, you can call only about 13 min with a new card. This is not any cheaper than directly dial from a fix line.

呵呵，打20分钟扣40分钟算你幸运了。。。我的卡是“打1分钟，扣3分钟“这样的比例光荣牺牲的。。。

正在用好运卡，也扣钱，但不算厉害，具体扣多少还没自己研究。。。。。。

我用好运卡，15欧元的手机打，就50分钟。差点没气死。
龙卡是1：3的扣时间，
我在用一点通。大概是1：1，25左右。

还敢用龙卡啊。。。宁愿不打电话啊！
