好象phd也要work permit吧？至少我是有的，学校给我办的，我还没来荷兰就办好了。
来了才听说，应该先办id再办这个的，我也不知道学校为什么这么神奇。
我去办税号的时候，人家一查，说，你id还没有开始办，办什么税号阿，先办了id有了work permit再来吧
我当场就吧work permit拿出来了，那个人傻了，看了半天，大概想弄清是真是假。。。

btw，路费报销是肯定的，最好先问一下是否可以买年票，如果年票比每天报销要便宜的话
学校肯定会同意报销年票的。。。于是。。。剩下不用我说了吧，爽到头了阿。。。

这种是不包括教育机构的.
highly skilled migrant is a migrant coming to the Netherlands for the purpose of employment, earning a minimum gross income of 45,000 euro, or 32,600 euro if the highly skilled migrant is under the age of 30. The income criterion will not apply if the person in question will be employed as a doctoral candidate by  an educational or research institute, or to postgraduates and university lecturers under the age of 30.

而且博士的薪水还没有达到每年毛收入32,600
