第一， 巫婆事件一发生我首先联系的就是学校， 我还通过法律机构推荐请了一个律师
第二， 学校和律师一直表现着积极的态度帮助我直到我接到匿名电话（ unknown number, unknown person), 打电话的人说
       叫我不要白费力气到处求救，很快就没人理你了， 你现在如果乖乖照老巫婆的要求做（交钱，把猫给) 我们就不会再追究你虐待猫的事， 不然后果自负。 我当然没就范，谁知道第二天早上学校和律师同时跟我说叫我放弃算了，交了他们要钱，领了猫就算了。 我反问他们：“ 你知道老巫婆和猫酒店要多少钱吗？你知道确切数字吗？” 学校和律师说不知道， 反正他们要多少付了就是了，省得惹麻烦。 学校还说：“ 荷兰人想法很实际，多一事不如少一事，如果让荷兰人从名声，正义和金钱选出最重要的， 荷兰人会选金钱～～··” 我无语， 之后老师还在邮件里编了些污蔑我的话，让我很不爽。我TMD是有证据的。
第三， 我一直怀疑学校和之前的律师是受到某方的压力～～～
第四， 整件事我就是被陷害的那个， 是老巫婆的big plan。 我没有必要编些事情出来，因为搞来搞去还不是我付钱，我有必要们我～～～

再次申明， 我的人渣学校根本就不帮我的， 他们的态度，行为已经表示的很明显了，我也不指望学校，只求他们不要再打扰我。 至于老巫婆那里，不是一两万欧可以解决的， 她要的是个提款机，无底洞， 所以我才又请了个律师去堵这个“洞”。
我现在已经让他们有问题就联系我的律师， 结果今天又有unknown number 打给我， 我没接。

这老太什么背景啊，学校律师甚至市政厅(LZ前面提到过)，都被她掌控了，也太邪门了吧。

你给了他那么多现金啊？
找税务局告他，搞死他！这么多没有上税的收入，够他受的了。

怎么事情变得越来越奇怪了呢。
我觉得没有任何人，任何力量能让猫酒店，学校，前任律师统统站到老太婆那边去。也许他们并不是你的敌人。

另外，如果你仍旧用第一页的陈辞的话，建议你修改一部分。你提到猫酒店说你的猫很特殊，但是你从未觉得自己的猫特殊。你发贴的荷兰论坛上就早就有人提出了你的猫很特殊，而且你最近也指出了是 "高贵血统蓝色英国短毛猫"。所以，还是把猫special 那几句删除为好。

既然学校不好，还是尽快联系转学。不要因为这个案子耽误学业。不是谁怕谁的问题，最后弄得没学上，吃亏的还是你自己。别管最后的申请时间，相信我，现在联系转学绝对来得及。

I've got a good idea about your case. The only thing is that you have no proof for the money given to the landload. However, you can utilize the chance of paying the money to her. During the talk,  you can bring a recorder with you. Kindly ask for receipt this time with clear words,and tell her the reason why you need a receipt this time(without receipt, there are a lot of troubles caused, so you will not do the same as before). Anyhow, maybe the record can not be a powerful evidence in the court. But, it is still a prove, better than nothing. About this, you can also enquiry your lawer and make it in a properer way.

Another point. When she received your rent every month, did she give your a receipt? If not, it can also be a prove that she might receive other money from you without receipt, with the same excuse. Nobody will believe that if a renter can get a receipt but never ask for it. There must be some reason behind it. And as a landlord, she might know better what should be done in law than a foreign student. So, the main responsiblity belongs to her, as a quite experienced citizen here.

One point more, If she really get your money, normally she will store the cash in her bank account. I think she is not a person like a shopaholic. So, Dare she show her bank account to prove that she never receive any money from you. First, let her tell the truth. If she lied, there will be a lot of methods to prove the truth. Do not be scared.
