看起来如果希望每个月负担小,还得选这个方式。不过好像赌博哦,30年后房价如果跌了,是要赔钱的。对于有30% reguling的,是不是这个最划算的方式呢
Not really. For example, if choose spaaryhypotheek, after 30 years, if you keep living in the house, it doens't make any difference, But if you want to sell and the house is 180000 in stead of 200000(the price you bought), you is still kinda of loosing. because in the spaaraccount, you saved for 200000 and you only get 180000 after sell. |
