那如果房价在20万以上的话, 的确就是要一百欧一个月了呀

最近买了房的兄弟姐妹，能来列个表，
到底还有多少乱七八糟的费用，每月额外支出阿？

I step out just because these fees.
If you buy a 150k apartment, you will pay 500 to bank, 150 for vve (including insurance), 70 advanced heating + 150 bill / month === almost 900.
If you buy a house, you will pay more.

I am considering to move to another country, haha.

not really, even if your house cost 200k, you can still just buy an insurance of 50k. Simply means you will have to take more risk if you or your partner, you know, ....
