我是从头看到尾  .....不怎么懂荷兰的法律 所以不想胡说八道给你错误的引导....但是有两点很肯定: 一是荷兰的法律规定  在荷兰居住的  包括短期   肯定是有保险的  二是这里是有法律援助给没有固定收入或则是收入很底的人.我认为荷兰是司法很健全的国家   荷兰人也很公正 所以如果你找你LG公司的人  如果是国内没有很大的反映的话  可以直接给你老公在荷兰学习的公司的负责人联系.这样的事情他们应该是很重视的.另外如果真的有来荷兰的经济困难   就号召所有的GOGODUTCH的水鬼们支持一下吧   每人多可以帮一点啊...

如果在公共路口，是必须车让人的，出了事故车是全责！！

但是，本案的发生不是在公共路口，是由于行人违规横穿造成的，交警的鉴定应该是没有问题的。

LZ你这个帖子我前后看了2次...心理很是沉重...

我对这件事有以下建议:
1.把孩子安顿好,联系大使馆,您本人还是务必要来荷兰一次的,很多东西还是当面说得有用的.

2.和你LG的公司取得联系,至少公司在中国的分公司会有所表示,另外在荷兰的总公司也不能跑掉关系.

3.公司发的邀请函不知道您是否有COPY,如果上面确实写明会帮员工代买在荷兰培训期间的保险的话,那么公司怎么都跑不掉关系了...公司不赔,就告公司...

4.出事当时,还有其他的同事也在场.情况是怎么样的,不应该只是司机说了算....在场的同事也都是证人,为什么他们说的话,警察就不太在意了???难道沟通出了问题????这个问题个人觉得很关键...证人的叙述,请再斟酌,里面一定有没说清楚,或者警察理解错的地方..

5.人来了荷兰之后,在大使馆相关人员的帮助下,尽快需求法律援助和翻译...

6.按照相关的程序,把上诉材料尽快准备完毕,如果有可能的话,翻译成荷兰语的,出庭的时候以便法官阅读查询,避免由于语言上的问题,造成不必要的沟通问题.

7.您的这件事,请即使来GGD发帖,以便在荷兰的XDJM们即使跟进,给您出主意.

8.如果有需要在荷兰的XDJM们的声援的话,我建议相关各斑竹与个学生会联系,召集大家联名声援,表示当地华人比较重视和关注这件事,以便在上诉的时候,法官有比较公正的判决..

9.赔偿是一定有的,至少多少,您就要尽力去争取了,为了你自己,为了您的孩子,为了S去的丈夫,您一定要坚强得争取下去.....

在出事后的第三天我去了荷兰，见到了我的lg，看到他孤单的一人躺在冰冷的太平间，我的心碎了，我失声痛哭，我的lg虽然已经无法醒来，但他知道我来看他，因为我看到了他眼角的泪水，当时我只有一个想法，一定要接他回家。旅行保险公司安排好了转运回国的程序，他们告诉我只能按这个程序来办，我无法改变，我当真的没想到公司会不管这一切，我想的真的太简单，太心好了。然后公司以签证到期为由，让回和我lg一起回国了。没想到回到国内，公司的态度马上就变了。

我当时也不在荷兰，他们是要过马路，但他们走的是自行车通道，不是随便的横穿，警察讲我lg当时是在马路中间，因为自行车换速度档位时链条锁死，在看自行车，没有看到卡车，但其同事说他当时是在等车，我也不知道谁讲的是事实。警察说这是由保险公司来处理，但我们在荷兰并没有相应的保险公司，公司也不管，我只觉得，人就这么没了，去哪去说理呀？
