Location:Arnhem Postion:Trading Assistant【Full-time & Internship】 Job Description This person is responsible to manage daily office activities to ensure transportation of goods are going at the appropriate quality standards to meet business needs. The candidate needs to know the international trading process and play an important role in customer contacting and remaining. This position is also required to manage regional carrier relationship and performance.
Main responsibilities · Controlling freight cost, reduce premium freight to meet operation target.
· Responsible for the export customs process.
· Working collaborated with external carriers to ensure smooth, effective and quality transaction of goods
· Developing & maintaining long term relationship with suppliers at both strategic & operational level
· Communication Internally & Externally: Closely work with the sales manager to increase potential customers
· Supervising the daily works such as order management & contract follow up
· Understanding customer needs to achieve collaborative supply chain goal with customer
· Provide weekly and monthly logistic reports
Job Requirements · The third or fourth year student in Logistics, Marketing or IBMS.
· experience in logistics and international trading is a plus.
· Well knowledge with customer maintain.
· Excellent customer service skills, good communication capabilities.
· Enthusiastic and innovative spirit, willing to work under pressure, enjoying challenging work.
· Good team spirit and management knowledge.
· Strong analytical capabilities, with a deep understanding of financial modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
· Fluent English, Chinese mandarin.
