New policy on Chinese source documents
News item | 29-05-2012
As from 1 June 2012 new rules will apply to determine which combinations of Chinese documents will be considered sufficient proof, for Dutch authorities, that a certain event has taken place and has been recorded by the Chinese authorities.
What will change?
In the new regulations, the hukou (family registration booklet) will play a more prominent part than before. The notarial statement will be required only for dates of birth before 1 March 1996. In all other cases, the IND will require legalised certified true copies of the documents issued by the Chinese government agency concerned. A certified true copy is a copy supplied by a notary, stating that this copy is identical to the original copy.
从字面理解 只说了需要户口公证件, 并没有要求双认证。 请问你有什么见解呢?
