No, I can assure you that my sexual orientation has no positive or negative impack upon the final decision of AkzoNobel. As a matter of fact, the whole selection procedure was purely based on quantified scores (the assessors of AkzoNobel has been observing you during the whole assessment centre and started to grade you based on your performance) on each soft skill which Akzonobel values during its business operations. Previous working experience, gender, age, race and sexual orientation plays no role in this procedure.
The values they stress are: Teamworking, Analyzing, Presentation, Leadership, and Communication.
