I think so. They need your address to send you the decision letter and invitation letter. What is more, they will send your documents to the IND where your address belongs to.

I submitted the docs in 16th July, they sent me the invitation letter in 25th Aug.
I think it also depends on the date you hand in the doploma copy.

You do not need to send the insurance to IND.
I checked with the IND and IPS insurance company that the indentity in search year is still a student. You can still buy a student insurance as long as you donot need to pay tax, which means that even if you have income, but it is too low to pay  tax, then you can still buy a student insurance.

那请问一下我的id过期了还能申请吗？？在打电话去预约的时候一定要本人预约吗？能不能找会说荷兰语的人帮忙？？打电话的时候她会问什么呢？？

IND给我寄的材料都是荷兰语的。可是我同学收到的是大部分都是英语的。这两份是一样的么？ 因为我看第一张写的是zoekjaar的申请啊。可是我看网上的也是英文的！！！

其实你要是有时间的话可以去ind拿那个材料的，他们会给你英语的版本，而且比寄来的黑白的好多了…… :P
