hope everything fine. just ask the day you send your application is exactly 5 years or a few weeks or days earlier?

I submitted the application 9 days before the 5-year duration and was rejected for this sole reason...So I have to apply again. ...IND seems to take it very seriously if your current ID is not expiring within a short period.

Thanks for sharing your experience, I thought before as you told here. so I still wait for the exactly five year days. and I think it's also useful information for the rest persons who want to apply.

You can send out the application on that 5-year duration date; they count from the date as appeared on the post stamp. Good luck!

also good luck with your application, I think you had already submitted application for second time. so should be no problem this time. IND doesn''t count this case as bad record. just a bit trouble for post it again.
