我性子很急，同时真怕最后找不到工作裹被子回家：（

找到工作也没什么可nb的，不过是年景好而已
回家也没有什么不好的

还是看什么最合适你。

虽然在SHELL里面可能不会再涉及数字信号处理，频谱，雷达天线，通信原理，网络协议。。。但是6年哪，系统的EE学习给我的还因该是一个有机的思维体系和学习能力以及应用信息的能力。

放心，如果你最后能得到职位，绝对会涉及的
因为你要做的一步是contribute to the company
怎么contribute，自然是你的专业知识

这也是为什么比较反对把进了shell当成自己对专业的背叛，专业知识至少在3－4年里是你安身立命之宝。不过将来你会成为什么，会不会再用你的专业，那就全看你了

Interview之前可以在网上找找相关的帖子，问题还真的是和网上描述的一样，我去的时候最后一个问题果然就是问Tourism的，胡侃了一通。

最难的问题可能就是除了 AcademicAchievements之外你觉得最大的Achievements，和你觉得最困难的问题。一直当学生的如果没有什么社会活动的话确实没什么内容可以说。

Interview的氛围没得说，轻松愉快。记得要咖啡或者茶，答不上来就拿咖啡调整一下思路。

楼上加油阿。我是参加了SRD，不过没有过。我们6人中只有一人过，不过我还是很开心，因为会从SRD里学到很多东西。而且锻炼自己的很多能力。所以成功通过固然好，失败也没有啥。毕竟每个公司选人标准不同。 我现在已经找到工作，也是家不错公司。也是参加面试，assessment，然后再面。所以大家不要太过于紧张与这些面试，抱着锻炼的心态也许会更好。加油拉。

sorry, I can only use English because my own PC is down I really don't mean to 刺激 anyone.

Let me try to explain in English.

LZ studies in IT, communication tech. In Shell, I think the future position would be like IT support (but I am not 100% sure) instead of R&D or at least little bit far from developing some new cool technique.

As someone said before, which I fully agree, Shell is a energy company, for people studying in IT, it would be more interesting to do some new cool technique development or application in other companies. Even small companies.

I knew LZ a little bit and he also told us himself he got responses from other companies, so I just put some BIG words here and suppose if he can get any offer from the mentioned companies, he will abandon Shell

For example, one of my old colleagues, his GF just abandoned Shell and choose T-mobile...

I strongly disagree that people choose the company ONLY by the brand (of course the brand is something). That's really depends on what you like...

Anyway, LS, best wishes to you. I guess you haven't finished your study yet, so just be positive!
