享受30%ruling的KM家属能否换驾照？

上周去了市政厅，可是里面人说只有“台湾驾照”和“新加坡驾照”才能换，“中国驾照”一律不能换。。。
请问一下有30%rulling的可以直接换“荷兰驾照”这一说，能在哪个官方的网站上找到具体的条文吗？这样就可以直接拿给市政厅那帮人看了。谢谢！！！

You can exchange your licence for a Dutch one if you meet all of the following conditions*:

• you live in the Netherlands and are registered with your local municipality
• you are from the EU, the EEA, Switzerland OR are from a country with a special agreement (See Exceptions below) OR you have the 30% ruling
• you have a valid residence permit (unless you are a citizen of the EU, EEA or Switzerland)
• your current driving licence is valid

为什么“中国驾照”一律不能换？？抗议。。跟奶粉的事儿有关吗？

中国驾照不能换也是近些年出的规定，非常抗议~~~不过可以去香港公证一下试试，具体的我也不太懂

这也没什么好抗议的，中国驾照如果给换了，那是对所有上路的人不负责，也是对你个人的人身安全不负责

在中国，有几个人是考了驾照马上就敢并且有能力独立开车的？

2011年刚换过，挺方便的，现在政策怎么样不清楚

可以的，我们的就都换了。家属也换了，开始市政厅的人不懂，拒绝了，但是他们自己打电话咨询之后，就给我们打电话，说可以办理。
