- Screening Chinese suppliers and factories
- Documentation preparing
- Keeping diaries up to date
- Factory Auditing
- Preparing presentation sheets
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems
- Cold call making
- Dealing with the receipt, distribution and registration of all correspondence to/from the clients
- Processing letters, notes, minutes and other texts
Candidate Profile for Administrative Assistant Belgium Desk
- Must be fluent in Chinese, English, written and spoken, Dutch is optional.
- More than 15 years living in China
- Experience and knowledge in the areas of international trade
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under time pressure(flexible working hours)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Confidentiality, discretion and integrity
- Customer service orientation
Advantageous, the following characteristics will be considered additional assets:
- Advanced international trade training or supplementary courses
- Knowledge of the import and export practices
- Experience working within a multicultural/EU environment
