先把莱顿发的签证申请所需文件的清单贴出来：
•Submit the required documentation/funds for your student visa/residence permit request:
1.Copy of all pages of your valid passport (even the blank ones). To be sent to us as scanned email attachment or by post.
2.Original completed and signed 'Visa and Residence Permit Form' http://media.leidenuniv.nl/legacy/visa-residence-permit-form.pdf . To be sent to us by post.
3.Original completed and signed Photo Card Form http://media.leidenuniv.nl/legacy/photo-card-form.pdf. To be sent to us by post.
4.Original passport photo (please do not attach your photo to the photo card to prevent it being damaged by glue, staples or paper clips). To be sent to us by post. Note: there are strict requirements for passport photos therefore please print out the attached 'Photo Matrix Information' (http://media.leidenuniv.nl/legacy/photo-matrix-guidelines.pdf) and take it along to your photographer.
5.Original proof of sufficient funds to cover your costs of living in the Netherlands.
Students can submit a financial statement or scholarship letter (for which there are very strict requirements) or preferably transfer their costs of living to the Admissions Office. 6.A written statement (email is also acceptable) explaining how your tuition fee will be paid. If someone else is covering these costs the written statement. should come from that person or organisation. Please note that tuition fees are not included in the estimated living expenses.
主要困惑的是：
1，学校帮我申请签证之后，我去取签的时候还需要准备些什么？学校没给寄纸质的ad不要紧吧？
2，老看到别人说什么双认证双认证，越听越迷糊，现在又看到别人说其实不需要做什么双认证，是要怎样。。？目前我自己得出的结论是别人提到的需要做双认证的‘出生证明（医院的）’，‘婚姻状况证明’还有‘无犯罪记录证明’，都是在市政厅登记的时候需要的，对么？取签证的时候需不需要？
莱顿发的邮件里是有提示去荷兰的时候需要带着了。。。
3，关于保险，是取签证之前需要买好？论坛里那个保险靠谱么？学校邮件里有句Make sure that you have arranged adequate health and liability insurance. You may be asked to show proof of health insurance when collecting your visa.
4，需要在国内做体检么？只看到到了荷兰有肺结核的检查，没看到有要求在中国做体检？
