Formerly known as IB-groep, the duo organization is a government controlled establishment that controls and acts upon several Dutch laws regarding schooling, and does so in name of the Dutch ministry of education. Their tasks include the handing out of study-finances, paying for educations, collecting education fees from students and collecting personal data from students and passing them on to the schools and other government-controlled establishments.
