晕。vbird倒闭了。
收到的转发的信,
Hello all of you,
this might mainly concern the German exchange-students, but maybe some
of the rest are also interested; as you may have already heard - the sad
news is that the Dutch low-cost-airline "vbird" went bankrupt now and
has suspended all of his flights. According the news on the internet
this is not a just a passing situation, but a permanent one.
The problem for those who have already booked a flight during the next
months will be that vbird is not able to refund the tickets already
paid. But you can get special and very cheap prices at
www.german-wings.de (and also at www.virginairlines which does not apply
for us since they do not even fly anywhere near Helsinki). Or just check
www.vbird.com.
However, you have to be quick, that is why I posted here.
Sorry for the sad news - but don't kill the messenger....
去vbird的网站 果然满目萧条 就一行消息通知所有航班暂停。。
大家如果定了vbrid的机票。。。现在还可以看看Virgin Express的消息。
Amsterdam-Brussels, 8th October 2004 – Virgin Express, the Belgian low fare carrier, has heard about the problems with regard to the discontinuation of the activities of the airline VBird. Since this morning no V-Bird flights have taken off from Düsseldorf-Weeze Airport.
Virgin Express offers the stranded passengers a helping hand. On presentation of their reservation, travellers who booked a flight with V-Bird, can still reach their destination for a fixed price of 49 (+ taxes and surcharges). These bookings can only be made through the Virgin Express call centre: 0900 265 8102 (from the Netherlands), 01805 133 212 (from Germany) or +32 70 35 36 37 (from elsewhere in Europe).
Virgin Express operates daily flights from Amsterdam to both Rome and Milan. The low fare carrier also offers flights from Brussels Airport to Athens, Barcelona, Bordeaux, Faro, Geneva, Lisbon, Madrid, Malaga, Milan, Nice, Palma de Mallorca and Rome. |
