如果老公在工作，老婆在上学读书，学费能否减免到跟荷兰人一样的标准？ 亦或是在税收上给与减免，得到补偿呢？

ur question has already been answered at another topic.

The answer is yes for part of your tax back. And in some universities,your wife's tuition fee can also be paid from your grossy salary. which means another kinds of tax reduction.But I do not think you can have the tuition fee itself reduced like the dutch student
