求助 关于CV & motivation

各位战友们，能不能给点意见，关于CV AND MOTIVATION 的信息，比如说应该注意和突出什么方面的，以及其他的~~

格式方面有什么特殊要求吗？老板想要看到什么样的东西到底~~

找的心灰意冷了都，再挣扎一下~~

max. 2 A4
Present to past
Extended list of subjects and marks is not required
Employment history: show your responsibilities and achievements, but keep it factual
Dutch tend to be rather unpretending: what is normal to foreigners, is boasting in the eyes of the Dutch
The Dutch are keen on hobbies and personal interests on CV's
Photo's on CV's are still not common

有没有大侠再提供点关于motivation letter的，谢谢！

你可以去网上搜一下motivation的模板，大致第一段表明你为啥对这个工作赶兴趣，中间写以你的能力如何对公司提供的这个职位进行贡献（可以针对公司写的职位要求写，比如他们要求要会分析，你就写你自己怎么会分析），最后礼貌点感谢他们读你的信等等。
信保持在1张a4大小比较好，不要写太多太长
