your intention is good. (the title does not make any sense though)
This kind of threads has just deviated from the reality. Why do you need to panic if you can not find a job here? Most students c ...
The third eye viewpoints from me.
I think the intention from Linhehuang is good as well the title, it leaves us a great imaginable picture, think of it, it is beautiful.
But indeed, the conclusions from Mr. Huang against the immigaration policy might be a little far away from the reality. Please allow me as a non-expert to write something here. Put whether we are talent or not away, let us focus some staff...
Before starting a job-hunting, it might be considerable for those questions, which are likely that "What do you think about Dutch culture?" "Can you change yourself or adapt it quickly?" Please bear in mind that, we are not only choosing a company, but also choosing how to tackle a more different culture and life, compared what we had learned in the universities, from friends, from TV/Radio, such media here. Do not throw the "shit" that we were already veteran, how long I already worked in China, etc.. trust it, every day is a new day in the Netherlands for us, whether you are a student, whether you are a company-owner or whether you are a white/blue-collar in the office or in the warehouse, or restaurant. We are in the "new" world, never forget!
If you can independently know how to tackle the unexpectable frustration, the lonely feeling, the failure, the company's game-poilcy, then please give a try for a job, and there are tons of books and ideas you can find from book-stores, internet for the concern --- how to get a job.
One tip for those freinds who are choosing new life here, most Dutch people likes Asian, the reason is simple, they know most Asian people can work very very very and really hard, quite smart also, but clearly the unsolved question still in their mind needs you, you and us to solve "Are you really ready for it?!"
All the best
