求助：如何往国内汇款！

各位大虾：
我想往国内汇部分欧元，但不知道如何操作，国内收款方收到的是“现汇”而不是“现钞”呢？哪种汇款方式经济、安全又比较快呢？西联（WEST UNION）汇款如何操作呢？

go to abnamro bank, and tell the clerk, then you will receive some forms(5)
fill in it by ballpen( I used pen, the attached one isnot clear)

you must have your friend(benifiary?)'s account in China, just use Bank of China. it is not expensive but very fast

How much for the transfer fee in ABN?
