除了2000欧的那个退税，应该还有以前学费的退税，如果你老公交了足够的税的话。你可以发EMAIL给我：info@knaapabc.nl
我先评估下你的CASE，如果觉得可以接下，会给你报价的。你先不要自己填写退税，否则以后可能还要修改。我有不少客户都是自己先报税，后来出了问题才来找我，但是牵涉到修改以前客户自己的报税，手续会麻烦很多，当然费用也会高出原先我直接为客户操作的情况。所以你可以先让我看下你的CASE再决定。

Thax for ur answer. About the first question, I would like to ask, why it is impossible. I mean, after study, if u work in NL, u can get some money from ur study back right? Could u pls explain to me? thx

If you later work in NL, you can indeed get tax refund due to the study costs. But in 2007 you had no income, so it is impossible to get refund in 2007.

请教一下LZ，这个1225小时的证明如何出具啊，难道我就自己通过手写或者电子表格记录，来证明就可以了？

如果这样的话，那到年底前随便努力1天时间都可以做个假的1225小时证明了。

请问你的意思是说如果2007年学费10000， 没有工作收入，无退税。但是如果从2008年开始工作，那么2008年可以就2007年的10000块的学费申请退税？如过是的话，退税的时效是几年呢？

我就这个问题问过我老公，他的回答是2007年无工作，无缴税，自然无退税。但是2008年不可以再申请2007年的学费退税。他每年报税，我想确认一下他的说法是否正确。
