还有个方法就是过午不食,下午2-3点后就不吃东西,顶多吃点菜汤或者水果。早上中午不忌口,这样既可以保证白天的精力,也保证营养的摄入。我前年坚持了5个月,身体很好,走路贼有精神,瘦了大概20斤。其中10斤是第一个月的效果。

It is very hard to do that, especially when you have to work at night. If I cannot have dinner, I can not conentrate. When I was in Shanghai, I kept myself fit by working out constantly. However, doing exersice cannot prevent me from gaining weight. I am a bit desparate. Hope things can go back normal when I return home |
