过来之后,查查资料看看奶酪怎么发明的就知道了,,继续放置就会继续发酵并且风干成为奶酪。。只不过这边奶酪很多种,,成分当然不会完全一样只是揭示一下吃适量的奶酪对身体很好,并且我喝牛奶肠胃不舒服,但是酸奶和奶酪一点问题都没有,,所以推荐亚洲人吃!

以前新鲜牛奶放在牛皮袋 ( should be animals stomach)里一段时间发酵变酸成为酸奶 (not fermentation, it is a kind of enzymitc reaction )
其内涵就是10倍浓缩的牛奶( you can try to concentrate your milk to see if there is a cheese) 用的真菌不一样,酸奶也一样,用的真菌不一样 ( do you have any basic idea about fungi and bacteria?)
因为他们的蛋白质 (not because of protein but lactose, there is no lactose in Cheese and yohgurt, so you don't have digesting problem)更好消化
