yoghurt is produced by fermenting milk
Cheese is produced by coagulating milk
Althought both of them use microorgnisms, but the principle are totally different.
The composition is absolutly different.

I have to warn you, 三明治 will give you serious vitamin and fiber shortage. If you like it, I suggest you to have multi vitamin pills. especially, (Vc and Vb family)
过来之后研究了奶酪n久,查查资料看看奶酪怎么发明的就知道了,以前新鲜牛奶放在牛皮袋里一段时间发酵变酸成为酸奶,继续放置就会继续发酵并且风干成为奶酪。其内涵就是10倍浓缩的牛奶。只不过这边奶酪很多种,用的真菌不一样,酸奶也一样,用的真菌不一样,成分当然不会完全一样Post by lingmao717;2565032
奶酪其实就是更加固化的酸奶......... 只是揭示一下吃适量的奶酪对身体很好,并且我喝牛奶肠胃不舒服,但是酸奶和奶酪一点问题都没有,因为他们的蛋白质更好消化,所以推荐亚洲人吃!
三明治里面堆了厚厚的蔬菜,除了三明治还有蔬菜加水果的沙拉,只有晚餐会吃点其他的。 |
