how much money will be deducted if money transfer is returned from China?

how much money will be deducted if money transfer is returned from China? Anybody knows?

I send 700 euro to China three days ago,i am informed that it is returned already, anybody knows how much money will be deducted from 700euro as commission?

1. I paid it through ABN AMRO

2. My mother went o bank of China trying to get money out, then she was informed that it was returned back already because of insufficient bank detail, however, now it is still not in my account, so i don not know yet:)
