Do I have to stop my work when i make extension of KM

the first contract will expire at end of next month, after that,i will get permanant one, then i have to stop work to get through KM application again?or i can go on with working while waiting for next KM card? then my KM card will finish at end of next month, i have to go to IND to put on a sticker?(i am working for the same company,just the contract is extended)


Immigration lawyer for the company is on holiday,will go back one week later, but i want to get information quickier,so ask here,anyone knows?thanks

YOU CAN CONTINUE WORKING AS YOU ARE ONLY APPLYING FOR AN EXTENSION OF YOUR CURRENT STATUS， WHICH ALREADY ALLOWS YOU TO WORK。 YOU DON；T HAVE TO WAIT AT HOME FOR THE ID AGAIN AS WHEN YOU WERE A STUDENT，KNOWING THAT THE STUDENT ID DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO WORK。
