It is not wise to say something is good or not directly.~~You know, everyone has his/her own criteria and expectations.
But anyway, actually, this program involves three branches and three faculties, as mentioned in the title, Transport(in Civil Engineering Faculty), Infrastructure(in Mechanical Engineering Faculty) and Logistics(in Transport, Policy and Management Faculty). The courses are offered according to this structure, aiming at three branches, and you can select what you wanna follow or interested in.
It is definite that the transport, and logistics in NL is leading in the world. and actually, there are many universities here offering programs aiming at transport and logistics.
Well, with regard to the scholarship, it is more a general question than a program-related question. and I think, it is sort of difficulty to apply for a scholarship today in NL. You may search and check it out from some previous posts here about the scholarships.
