You can call the above number if you have any questions regarding the status of your application, or if you require general information with regard to the Aliens Act or the Netherlands Nationality Act.
Questions regarding the status of an application can only be made by telephone (and therefore not by e-mail). When calling about the status of your application, please have the following information to hand:
- your file number, or
- V-number
When you call, you will speak to one of our employees who, with your help, will determine which department can best be of service to you. If you know which department you wish to contact, you can inform the employee of this so that your call can be immediately connected. If you are unsure of which department is correct, the employee shall put a number of questions to you in order to determine which department can best respond to your query.
