请问楼主一下，你说“如果在上学开始四个月内申请到全部助学金，四个月之后只能申请到部分助学金“，这个能麻烦你在解释一下吗？比如说要读一个一年的硕士，这个助学金会全额给我这一年吗？多谢了

A grant for tuition fees needs to be applied for
again every school year.
Apply in time!
You need to submit your application within four
months after the month in which you start your
studies.You will then be eligible for a full grant.
If you apply later because you forgot, then you
will be entitled to a grant starting the first
month after applying. No grants are awarded
for elapsed school years.
In the school year 2004-2005, you are studying at university.
You start your studies 1 September 2004. You apply for
the grant for tuition fees in October 2004. You will then receive the full grant.
In the school year 2004-2005 you are studying at university.
You start your studies 1 September 2004. However,
you do not apply for tuition fees until February 2005. You
will then receive 6/12 of the maximum grant (March up to
