因为是短暂的症状,去医院也没用。。去的时候多半已经没有犯病了
我在救护员的建议下(他叫我去找ha去学。。但是我觉得这自己也可以学做。。搬家之后我之前注册的医生离我太远。)
学习做腹部呼吸练习。呼吸练习在你初步感到呼吸困难的时候有缓解效果。但是不要老想着,我要用腹部呼吸练习法呼吸,这反而在给自己增加压力。

Belly-breathing fills your lungs fully, slows your breathing rate, and helps you relax. - Place one hand on your belly just below the ribs and the other hand on your chest. You can do this while standing, but it may be more comfortable while you are lying on the floor with your knees bent.
- Take a deep breath through your nose. As you inhale, let your belly push your hand out. Keep your chest still.
- As you exhale through pursed lips as though you were whistling, feel your hand go down. Use the hand on your belly to help you push all the air out. Take your time exhaling.
- Repeat these steps 3 to 10 times. Take your time with each breath.

不过这都是治标不治本。其实呼吸是很自然的事情。
不要过渡紧张,心情放松,就不会犯病了。
所以我才说。。真的,很多爱护自己照顾自己,不要把太多事情往心里去。。
