Bobo 第二场进球了？ 我咋没看见啊！！

再谈谈 点 面 圆

第二场球在人员较低水平的阵容下， 我们也可跟高出许多的对手展开对攻，取得了多次射门机会，中后卫坚守前场取得完美入球， 精彩无比（场下的大声的欢呼惊叫， 多了一群女粉丝）。 这种打法也曾经是第一梯队的过去， 不考虑对手的强弱，不在乎整体阵容， 忽略战术战略， 放弃自身优胜，失去个人特色， 全靠单兵小部队作战，陷入分割被围，奋不顾身， 以我方之短处迎头猛击对手之长，毫不畏惧， 大气凛然， 精神可嘉。但比赛的结果是大比分落败， 这里有什么不足的地方， 值得思考一下。

虽然第二场上的是第二梯队， 人员装备有所欠缺， 但仍然是充满了对足球的热情， 斗志高昂。 第二场目的为培养训练后备，队里主要是以新人或对足球接触较少的队员。在新人里个人的水平层次不一， 所以应该提出简单框架， 容易接受的的大纲， 让每个队员能以全局的观点，发挥个人智慧（不需要死搬硬套的灌输， 因为球场瞬息万变， 要以大方针正确的清楚下， 发挥自我， 以独立判断反应为主）， 在训练比赛中体会理解。 在这提出些我对足球的理解，以点，面，圆的阐述， 的不知对否， 请大家更改指正。

点 面 圆

圆是代表团队。 人员生疏， 个人能力不足， 更需要的是整体团队。 当圆越小愈坚固。 在现阶段整体实力还不强的情况下， 所订立的联赛战略目标应该是保平求胜。 为达到这个目标所采用的是小圆战术。 当团队成熟后， 可以将圆放大（遇强小圆， 遇弱大之）。 团队精神表现在圆的总体建造， 队友要将个人行为置于全局考虑（战略所需要的）的基础下。 圆是有凝聚力的（精神层次）， 相互信任， 多给以队友鼓励（不埋怨， 多理解）， 场上才有士气， 建造坚固完美的圆。 每个队员都是圆的组成部分， 是由点和面复合而成。

面是防守的面。 防守队员站位的身后辐射面。 要求是面的覆盖达到半圆， 是要严谨。 面的失去（被过）是构成了对圆的威胁， 所以要站好位（不只是到位， 要站到和你队友的最佳配合，以你身后的辐射面对你同伴的保护）。 防守中只有321的站位才能将面覆盖成圆， 所以在对方进攻时， 至少我们的一个前锋要回到中线后， 配合中场队员， 进行对方带球队员的堵截。 中场的面尤其重要， 不仅在防守中， 更反映在进攻中， 他带着面（防守）在组织， 他的站位要更聪明合理（具备场上观察洞悉能力， 防守时了解对方的强点， 适当跟踪紧逼， 进攻时要预知对方可能的反击动向）。 两个边后面是圆的构成基础（往往进攻的成功是得到边前的突破）， 他必须是最后的一道防线， 看住最前入的进攻队员， 将中场的面交给中场对友（前蜂或后腰）。 他的头后边还要有一双眼睛（留意到前插的对手，队友的提示也有帮助）。 中后是清道夫， 是盾牌（面的重心）， 将进入他的地盘的漏网之鱼很很的扫出去（有霸气）。 同时他也是修理工， 将露的面重新建筑（在不得已时对中场，边后的补位。 由他开始补位， 而不是其他面，所带来的才是边后的补位。 要谨慎和果断， 引全局反应））， 体力活不多（由队友建造好的保护伞）， 有更多时间观察考虑， 应该是个核心， 呼唤组织防守。 防守是分工责任， 有层次的面的组合是团队整体的重要表现。 一个完美的面还要有点的支撑。

点是控制和进攻。 当我方得球后， 其他对友要给予带球队员的接应点， 尽量做到前中后3点。 当能做到点的构成， 才可能进行控制，发展成为默契。 进攻是创意的（灵活）， 没有僵化的阵行， 每个队员都在进行创造点后给予点， 要在无人防感带球进（吸引防守队员， 为队友制造空位， 点的出现）。 前锋的跑动是在创造点， 也是在撕开对方防守的面。在场上每个队员如果都能给于同伴接应点， 就有了整体配合，开始了控制流程。 进攻过程是流畅的， 简明快结， 减少太多投入， 急早转入防守。 因为往往最有效的进球是在反击中得到的。 要强调的是体育的基础是体能，场上要能跑动（只要简单反应，给予点和接应点， 不在需要复杂的方程式）， 才能有配合（配合是在跑动中完成的，是点的变换）， 完成整体的圆的构造。

运用我们的智慧， 将点面圆有效的结合， 积累经验， 提高自我。

第二梯队是明天的第一主力， 是新生力量， 是新生血液。 DCF正是有了你们的参与， 在年复一年的人员更替过程中， 才能继续的发扬壮大。 作为个人， 应该发掘自身特长， 找出最适合自己的位置。比如xuming身体条件好（能死缠烂打， 拼枪好），位置感强，适合做边后。 作为团队的每个人更多是要的是付出，有责任心和荣誉感， 对每场秋的态度还是要认真。 在达到了战略要求的情况下，对强队少输（打出整体， 完善防守的过程中， 也是成绩），对弱队保平求胜， 只要有进步， 就值得开心（保持心态很重要）。 第二场球更是发挥进步的界面， 所以终有一天DCFF可以与DCF抗衡， 甚至取而代之。   

DCF为所有的留学生提供了很好的课余的活动，让大家在紧张的学习之余， 有个轻松快乐的机会参与锻炼身体（每星期6下午的固定球赛）。 同时也让那些热忠足球的人得以展示才能（星期1晚上的联赛）。 希望那些热爱足球的人继续参与DCF， 相互交流， 更加提高DCF的水平， 共同寻找足球的快乐。

We are far away from discussing any strategy or detailed tactics except for some basic concepts as there is not same of level of understanding and feeling for football. This whole competition is set up for fun and love of football , its not the Champions League, don't ruin it by playing catenaccio! It doesn't matter if you win or lose, but you do both with dignity, respect for "the beautiful game" else if you don't have sportsmanship then you shouldn't play sports at all. You can always try limit others to score, so what if you keep the score at 0-1 and still lose, without any shot on goal of your part, while the opponent gets 20 shots, why can't we have fun too, we are not punching bags... Yes you might lose 10-1 and that's because they are better and deserve to win, and still the opponent has respect for you because you were not hiding and came to play, keeping my head up high, I rather have that than cowardly win with 1-0 like a beaten dog and be ashamed of the display, sorry but that's not fun or happy football for me, we are not competing for money or other stuff, the only thing you can win in this competition is respect of your opponents. If you deserve to win, win it, if you deserve to lose, take it like a man and that's not only in football, that's life... if you want respect, earn it, don't cry about it...
