I called IND just now and the answer was more or less like this:

If I apply for a permit for working as an employee, the duration of my permit will normally be based on the duration of my contract. Taking this into consideration, I will be granted a permit for five years since I have an indefinite one.

But I was also informed in the end that it cannot always be garanteed. It might depend on the views of the person who will be in charge of my case.

I am very happy with the answer and am planning to apply for it.

如果拿到的是5年的自由卡，那我就不想申请永居啦。申请永居无非也是为了工作方便。

最新消息，貌似km申请自由劳工用的表格不是附件中的表格。我用lz给的表格结果被拒了。理由是表格不对
请问成功办过的朋友可否提供一下表格，谢谢

我也以为是那个申请表呢。因为我打电话时，IND说他们最近在更换系统，没法给我寄表格。我就没多问。早知道问下他们在哪下表格就好了。

不过我还没申请。只是在考虑中。

ind实在是太可恶了，递表格的时候说是对的，期间打电话问也说材料没问题，等了两个月最后tm来一句表格不对，就欠把当时电话录下来。ind太不靠谱了。
