说是from 1 June 2012, the Dutch Immigration Office (IND) has changed the procedure for legalisation of the birth certificate
For the legalisation of your birth certificate you will need the following documents:
1.        Official notarial statement with the following information:
-        Family name
-        Given name
-        Date of birth
-        Place of birth
-        Name of father and mother
2.        “Certified true copy” of the document on which the notary has based his statement (1)
-        Hukou from your parents in which your birth is mentioned OR
-        Official statement from the hospital where you were born in which is stated that the information can be used for registration in the Hukou register OR
-        A statement from the “Public Security Bureau” in which the information about your birth is mentioned
3.         “Certified true copy” of your OWN recent and complete Hukou
For all documents applies: in Chinese AND in English translation (by a certified translater, with stamp or seal)
