I think you should go to the website of GRE to register
and you can take the exam at Arhem

thx to 2 floor 仁兄 . but i found the test center is at leystad (maybe spell wrongly ) . does that mean that the test is held at that place? Meanwhile, when should i finish the writing test , if i want to take the computer-based test?

网上既然写的在哪考， 那必定就是在哪考了。 TOEFL就是全荷兰只有在ARNHEM考，所以所有的人都得去ARNHEM考。
发EMAIL给考试中心的人问问吧

Thank everybody . I checked again, and the test is indeed held at Arnhem . Is Arnhem far away from Utrecht ?
