学校提供住房二选一，请建议如何选择好耶？

学校今天发来邮件，让我从两个中选择一个入住，一下是有关两个住房的介绍：

我要到的城市是Nijmegen,请各位前辈们帮忙参考建议一下，
比如：按上边介绍的租金210与275-300分别能住上什么条件的房啊？
家具除了床之外是不是一无所有了呢？
荷兰的习惯一个15m2的room是不是只住一个人？
