Recruitment Intern (based in Shanghai office)

工作职责：
1. 分析客户职位需求，协助猎头顾问制定人才搜寻方案
2. 进行候选人搜索, 需要打Cold Call及电话甄选，收集并整理简历，丰富数据库
3. 收集行业信息，分析处理，为候选人提供行业咨询与职业生涯规划
4. 跟进与说服有效候选人，并定期跟踪与已成功候选人的沟通
任职资格：
1. 在校大四学生或研究生。
2. 思维清晰、活跃，出色的表达能力和电话沟通能力；
3. 具备良好的英语基础和普通话听说、写及文字处理能力，计算机操作熟练；
4. 性格开朗，工作积极主动，学习能力强；
5. 优秀的团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，敢于迎接挑战， 能够承受压力。
工作时间：9:00am – 6:00pm，一周3-4天。2012年2月-2012年7月
