今天收到DUO的来信，内容如下：On the first of May the study programmes with a fixed quota will be determined. You will receive notice of this in the beginning of May. If the study programme of your first choice has a fixed quota you have to provide DUO before the first of August with a written proof from the college of higher professional education or university stating that you can be admitted to the study programme and institution of your first choice, This document is called"beschikking'.Send it to Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs(DUO)
