现在申请UCU九月份开学的晚不晚呢?

i am from uc , rhythem is also from uc. applying to uc is extremely hard for chinese. i kindly tell you here.as i know , they are already dozens of chinese students already applied to uc like in the past years. but the fact is every year , only 1,2 students coould be accepted . Normally , no one could be accepted . Now , there 4 chinese students are  at ucu . but anyway , i wish you good luck with your application

in ucu is also correct . it is more about physically there.
