”出生证的双认证“办理办法更新

我也遇到一个关于办出生证双认证的问题，出生证双认证是不是出了上海、广州户籍的，其他的人都要到北京的中国领事馆去办理出生证双认证？？？

你拿过去人家也不会受理的。

你办理出生公证的时候，公证员会告诉你去哪儿认证

一般都是公证书所办地所在省（直辖市）的外事办，他们办理中国领事认证，同时代办外国领事认证

最近我又收到了市政厅让我补提交birth certificate的信，我就发了个邮件，以下是他/她的回复，希望有帮到大家：

Dear Sir/Madam,


Since 1949 hospitals in China keep a birth registration and birth certificates to give away. If you lose a birth certificate the hospital can - after verification of the records -issue a statement of birth. If the hospital no longer exists a statement can be requested at the Public Security Bureau.
Persons not born in a hospital may have a statement at the Public Security Bureau or the local government applications.
So if the authorities cannot help you, then de force majeure.
During your stay in Holland a passport is enough.
