你理解错了，也完全问错了，这样的问题，他们见到会很迷惑你究竟想问什么。

无论是bursary还是AIO都是工作签证，和你办签证没关系。

工作性质不一样，一个属于大学雇员（虽然是短期的），有pension，有福利；另外一个是奖学金性质，虽然不是学生签证，但是没有上述福利，虽然到手的钱差不多（当然还是比AIO少，因为没有第13个月的bonus，等等）。

你如果想问，就很明确问他们，他们给你的offer，是AIO position，还是bursary scholarship。
否则你只是在把问题复杂化。

我没有说bursary不好，只是你最好搞搞清楚，至于你是不是在乎这个位置到底是不是AIO，那就是你自己的事情。Groningen给中国学生AIO的位置越来越难了。

anny大哥，这是回信，
You will officially be an employee of the university, not a student. The
following are the salary figures for 2010 (I do not think these have
changed much):
1459 euro per month (1st year),
1626 euro (2nd year),
1682 euro (3rd year),
1742 euro (4th year).
These are net salaries, after tax has been taken off. From your salary
you will have to pay health insurance (less than 100 euro per month) and
living costs. In addition to the figures above, you will get an extra
month's salary ("13th month") in December each year, and "holiday money"
(8% of annual salary) in May each year.
