关于出生证再问一题

不是出生证，是张证明，具体格式可参见学联2011手册~

我找到了，就是说针对没有出生证的，只要到派出所去填写这个：

" Statement of Birth Certificate
It is to certify that Ms._X______, born on __ of ___ 1983, her father is __, her mother is ___, and her identity memeber is ____. Ms. ____ had initially registered her Hukou at our office with her original birth certificate on __of__1983. However, the original birth certificate is now well kept due to the long time and could not be granted. Therefore, we hereby issue this statement to replace the orginal birth certificate.
it is hereby notified.
Special Seal for Hukou by _ Ploice Office of ————Public Security Bureau"
然后敲章对吗？

额 同问同问 正要准备去办理以前那种双认证呢 就看到了这个新情况
今天学校发给我的要求是“ORIGINALlegalized birth certificate” 然后让我参考这个链接

单从这个好想看不出什么新情况啊。。。

另， 如果按照新情况的办法

在原籍派出所开了出生证之后 能在现在的户口所在地做公证么？

这个模板我拿去公证处看过了，人家不认的。给了我一张单子，让我去我的档案所在地填写，然后给公证处。我今天上去把这两件事情做掉了。现在就等公证了。希望能够顺利。

到档案所在地填单子指的是什么呢？
单子里都有些什么内容呀？

早上中介给我打电话说，这个出生证明还是去问问自己的学校比较好，每个地区的要求是不一样的。
