就是出生证明的公证书呀。要有荷兰官方的认证和英语翻译。

这个说明非常清楚啊。

a notarised certificate = 出生证明源文件的公证

最后是需要英文翻译并有荷兰机构（也就是使馆）的认证。

意思说弄了半天还要医院的出生证明 问题是 我是96年以前出生 还有这东西吗？
