I just checked. It's in the north of the Netherlands. You can take a train to Den Helder, and get off at Anna Paulowna. It's about 7 minute drive from trainstation of Anna Paulowna to it.

This route is suggested by google maps.

You can click the website provided by lz. In "contact", there is a link for routeplan. Click it, and the location of Zijpe will show on map. Actually, it's quite far away from Rotterdam.
