Executing support during the origination process:
- Collecting information regarding the M&A and ECM business;
- Preparing pitch books;
- Gathering information regarding the various activities (concerning
markets/clients/products).
Offering executing support during the execution process:
- Writing information memoranda, valuation reports;
- Carry out valuations using different valuation models;
- Coordinating due diligence processes;
- Maintaining contact with external parties;
- Contribute to the execution of transactions on defined parts.
