【求助】请问了解在荷兰注册公司的朋友 ：）

请问有没有比bv门槛更低的公司形式？

我想在荷兰注册一家公司，听说bv要求30000欧，我没这么多钱啦……有没有门槛更低的？上次听朋友说有种personal company，只要几百欧就能注册，这个东西有什么特别的限制么？我的id明年8月就要到期，不知道还能不能行

希望有经验的朋友给点建议！

能再讲得详细点吗？注册金要交多少？还有就是公司成立后每年要上多少的税等等的~

可以以留学生的身份注册公司吗?

你们这些是有限责任公司吧，无限责任公司是不是不需要注册资金的？或者说很少很少，比如说每年60欧？

According to my knowledge, only those who have EU citizenship are able to start up a business here. Otherwise you are not even permitted to register in kvk. Anyway, please if someone who has a clear view or who has experience in setting up a firm here, tell us more. Thanks.

Several friends of mine have started their own companies recently. EU citizen or not  is not a problem. You can start your business even a BV here. But if you don't have work permit, you are not allowed to get paid from your own company.
